I’m an Indonesian chef originally from Maluku the spice island. I have built my career in Bali, Lombok, Jakarta and Gili Trawangan and put more my concern on vegan /vegetarian dishes. I am the founder of Wrap It Kind sandwich shop in Gili Trawangan before it destroyed by the earthquake at the north of Lombok on 2018. In 2019 I involved in the Championship Tour of World Surf League Competition in Keramas Beach and cooked for the professional surfers during the competition. Some big names in surfing history such as Jordy Smith, Carissa Moore, Filipe Toledo and Kelly Slater have enjoyed my food. In 2021 I signed with Bali Beach Glamping as the Head Chef, developing the menu for the beachfront restaurant and upcoming newest Bistronomy Kitchen at Hemingway Lounge.
