What's 4x48 Mental Health Challenge?
The 4x48 Mental Health Smasher is a grueling, high-impact CrossFit endurance challenge: one intense workout every 4 hours for 48 hours straight. Designed to test and transform your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual resilience, this event goes far beyond fitness—it’s a global movement for mental health.

Now in its 4th year, the idea for 4x48 was born at Asia’s premier CrossFit gym, Wanderlust Fitness Village in Bali, Indonesia. Launched by Dave Driskell, Wanderlust’s founder and owner, the event has grown into an international phenomenon uniting gyms and athletes around a common goal: smashing the stigma surrounding mental health.

From its home in Bali, the challenge has expanded worldwide. In 2022, the exceptional team at HIIT Station Capalaba in Australia hosted the event, furthering its reach and impact. Last year, it was held at locations including Overman Semarang, OnyxFit Jakarta, Velocity Fitness in Australia, California Cross in Mexico City, Koh Samui in Thailand, and several other amazing gyms across the globe.

Do it from your gym, your community, your city—anywhere in the world.

We will release the workouts directly to you 5 days prior to the 4 x 48 starting so that you can SMASH through Mental Health wherever you are in the world!
​
It would be best if you have access to the basic machines used in any "Functional Fitness" facility on the planet, such as Rower, Skier, Assault Bike, etc but workouts will have Running modifications available for all machine parts of the WODS.
​
Necessary Equipment: Dumbells, Barbell, Weights, Ab Mat, Wall Ball, Pull Up Bar.
​
You will be able to connect with other individuals doing it across the planet as well as the mothership of Wanderlust Crossfit Bali where tens, possibly hundreds will be smashing through the stigma of mental health.
