Chef Mariano
As The Head Chef and proud owner Mariano Vignoli is the soul behind Fuego. With a deep passion for wood-fire grilling and a love for creating memorable meals, Mariano has turned his culinary dreams into a reality.
Inspired by the timeless tradition of cooking over an open flame, Mariano pours his heart into every meal. His commitment to using the freshest ingredients, often sourced from Fuego’s own garden, shines in each bite. Beyond his culinary skills, Mariano’s warmth and hospitality make every guest feel like family, turning every visit into more than just a meal—it’s an experience.
About Bali Bully Rescue
Growing up in Bali, you somehow “get used” to seeing all the heartbroken animals - but it never gets easier. Eight years ago, BBR decided to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome as many street dogs as they could. Soon after, they noticed the large amounts of pitbulls coming through my door.

Like most parts of the world, pitbulls in Bali have a negative reputation, and most dog shelters aren’t willing to rescue them.
​
Western breeds are considered trophy dogs in Bali and are caged or chained in backyards. Most of them have never left their cage before, so they aren’t socialised and don’t know what a normal home is like.

That’s where Bali Bully Rescue helps.
